WHAT IS HOSPICE?
Hospice is a Special kind of care provided to patients with a terminal illness that focuses on enhancing their quality of life when they choose to stop pursuing curative treatments. Hospice prioritizes patient's peace and dignity and helps families spend enhance quality time together as they shift towards comfort-focused goals.
Hospice helps facilitate peaceful transitions and offers guidance and support to patients and their families throughout the grieving process. Medicare, Medical and and most commercial insurances cover hospice in full.
HOW DOES HOSPICE HELP?
With Hospice you get increased availability to health care professionals, access to durable medical, equipment, medication management and symptom management wherever you call home.
You will be supported by a team of specialized clinicians who provide physical, emotional and spiritual care to patients and their families.
